Terms and Conditions for Online Course Purchases

By purchasing an online course from Vickie Gould International, LLC DBA Life Changing Energy (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Course Access

1.1. Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the course materials through our online platform.
1.2. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login information is prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account without a refund.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of purchase. On rare occasion we do offer payment plans or you can choose to create your own payment plan through Klarna or Affirm.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to the content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
3.2. If you believe you qualify for an exception to this policy, you must contact us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of your purchase at support@lifechangingenergy.com to explain your circumstances.
3.3. Failure to contact us within seven (7) calendar days waives your right to request a refund or file a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
3.4. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy will be contested to the fullest extent, and your access to the course will be revoked immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, text, graphics, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Vickie Gould International, LLC DBA Life Changing Energy.
4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal use only.
4.3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the course materials without express written permission from Vickie Gould International, LLC DBA Life Changing Energy.

5. User Responsibility

5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technology, internet connection, and software to access the course.
5.2. Technical difficulties or the inability to access the course due to issues on your end, including but not limited to outdated devices, poor internet connections, or incompatible software, are not grounds for a refund, chargeback, or dispute.
5.3. If you encounter technical issues with our platform, contact us at support@lifechangingenergy.com for assistance. However, resolution of such issues does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of your purchase.

6. Course Updates

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or update the course content at any time to ensure the best learning experience for participants.
6.2. Updates or changes to the course content do not entitle you to a refund or any additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We make no guarantees regarding the success or outcomes you may achieve by completing the course. Results vary based on individual effort and implementation of the course material.
7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.1. By purchasing the course, you agree to the terms of our no-refund policy and waive your right to file a dispute or chargeback with your financial institution after the seven (7) calendar day period described in Section 3.
8.2. If a chargeback is filed in violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to revoke your course access, pursue legal action, and/or charge you for any costs incurred in resolving the matter.
8.3. You acknowledge that disputes should first be addressed directly with us at support@lifechangingenergy.com.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA.
9.2. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan.

10. Agreement

By purchasing the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund policy and the seven (7) calendar day dispute period.

11. Product Add-On Offers and Shipping Terms

Life Changing Energy is a USA-based company. The following terms apply to all physical product add-ons purchased alongside courses:

11.1. Shipping Fees:

  • All orders shipped outside of the USA will incur a shipping fee.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are separate from the cost of the product or course.

11.2. International Duties and Fees:

  • Duties, taxes, and foreign transaction fees for international orders are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Due to constantly changing duty rates, Life Changing Energy cannot estimate or include duties in your purchase price.
  • Refusal to pay duties or fees will result in forfeiture of the items, and no refund or chargeback will be issued.

11.3. Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order before shipment.
  • Shipping times for international orders cannot be guaranteed due to potential customs delays or courier issues.

11.4. Address Accuracy:

  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers.
  • If items are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you agree to pay the re-ship fee to have the item resent.
  • If you choose not to re-ship the item, you forfeit the physical items and relinquish your right to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
  • Life Changing Energy is not responsible for non-delivery caused by errors in the shipping address you provided.
  • If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase so we can update the address. After that we may not be able to catch your order processing at our warehouse(s).

11.5. Special Requests and Deadlines:

If you need your order by a specific date or have special requests, you must contact us before placing your order at support@lifechangingenergy.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.
